Recently, China Aerospace Science and technology group reported that 800 Institute of China Aerospace Science and Technology Group successfully carried out high-strength aluminum composite truss test based on its first prestressed laser forming experimental platform.
It is understood that the platform breaks through the key technologies such as the design of electronic controlled multimode flexible loading platform, the collaborative control of flexible loading platform and large laser scanning platform, and the precise collaborative collection of load temperature.
As the implementation carrier of the new technology of prestressed laser forming, the platform is intended to be used for the forming experimental research and processing production of aerospace sheet metal components with complex structure and difficult to deform material characteristics. The construction of the platform has laid the foundation for the application research of the prestressed laser forming technology in the aerospace field.
It is reported that prestressed laser forming is a new sheet metal forming technology, which does not need to exert a lot of external force on the sheet metal, and can effectively prevent the sheet metal from damage or even damage due to excessive load. This technology is very suitable for the precise forming of sheet metal with difficult deformation materials and structural features, and it is expected to solve the problems of forming and manufacturing of some difficult deformation components in the future.
