The main components of the laser cutting machines are circuit system, transmission system, cooling system, light source system, and dust removal system. The daily key parts to be maintained are mainly cooling system (to ensure constant temperature effect), dedusting system (to ensure dedusting effect), optical path system (to ensure beam quality), and transmission system (to focus on ensuring normal operation). Cooling system maintenance
The water inside the water cooler needs to be replaced regularly, and the replacement frequency is generally one week. The quality and water temperature of circulating water directly affect the service life of the laser tube. It is recommended to use pure water or distilled water and control the water temperature below 35 ℃. It is easy to form a scale without changing the water for a long time, thus blocking the waterway, so it is necessary to change the water regularly.
Secondly, keep the water flowing smoothly at all times. The cooling water is responsible for taking away the heat generated by the laser tube. The higher the water temperature is, the lower the optical output power is (15-20 ℃ water temperature is preferred); when the water is cut off, the tube end will be cracked or even the laser power supply will be damaged due to heat accumulation in the laser cavity. Therefore, it is necessary to check whether the cooling water is unblocked at any time. When the water pipe has a hard bend (dead bend) or falls off, so that the water pump fails, it must be repaired in time to avoid power drop or even equipment damage.
Dust removal system maintenance
After a long time of use, the fan will accumulate a lot of dust, which will affect the exhaust and odor removal effect, and also produce noise. In case of insufficient suction and poor smoke exhaust of the fan, first, turn off the power supply, remove the air inlet and outlet pipes from the fan, remove the dust inside, then turn the fan upside down, stir the inside blades until they are clean, and then install the fan. Fan maintenance cycle: about one month.
After the machine works for a period of time, the surface of the lens will be pasted with a layer of ash due to the working environment, so as to reduce the reflectivity of the reflecting lens and the transmittance of the lens, and finally affect the working power of the laser. At this time, it is necessary to use absorbent cotton dipped in ethanol to carefully wipe along the center to the edge of the lens. The lens shall be wiped gently to avoid damaging the surface coating; the lens shall be handled gently to prevent falling during the wiping process; the concave surface shall be kept down during the installation of focusing lens. In addition, the use times of ultra-high-speed perforation should be reduced as much as possible at ordinary times. The use of conventional perforation can prolong the service life of the focusing lens.
In the long-term cutting process of the equipment, smoke and dust will be generated, and small smoke and dust will enter the equipment through the dust cover, so as to attach to the guide rail rack, and the long-term accumulation will increase the wear of the guide rail rack. The rack guide rail is a relatively precise accessory. A large amount of dust has been deposited on the surface of the guide rail and linear shaft for a long time, which has a great impact on the machining accuracy of the equipment and will form corrosion points on the surface of linear shaft of the guide rail, thus shortening the service life of the equipment. Therefore, in order to ensure the normal and stable operation of the equipment and the processing quality of the products, it is necessary to do a good job in the daily maintenance of the guide rail and the linear shaft and regularly does the dust removal and cleaning. After cleaning the dust, grease the rack and lubricate the guide rail with lubricating oil. The bearings should also be oiled regularly, so as to maintain flexible driving, accurate processing and extend the service life of the machine tool.
The environment of the workshop should be dry and well ventilated. The ambient temperature should be 4 ℃ - 33 ℃. Pay attention to prevent condensation of equipment in summer and freeze protection of laser equipment in winter.
The equipment shall be far away from the electrical equipment sensitive to electromagnetic interference to prevent the equipment from electromagnetic interference for a long time. Keep away from the sudden large power interference of large power and strong vibration equipment. Large power interference sometimes causes machine failure, which is rare but should be avoided as far as possible. Therefore, such as large electric welding machine, giant electric mixer, and large power transmission and transformation equipment, etc., should be far away. The strong vibration equipment is more self-evident, such as the vibration caused by forging press and short distance motor vehicle walking. The obvious shaking of the ground is not good for accurate carving.
During the working process of the equipment, the operator must observe the working condition of the equipment at any time. In case of any abnormal condition, cut off all power supply immediately, remove the fault in time or report to the competent personnel, and take corresponding measures actively. Regularly count the use of the machine, and regularly record every part of the laser cutting machine. If the effect is not good, replace it in time to prevent trouble.
Before knowing whether a material can be irradiated or heated by a laser, do not process it, so as to avoid the potential danger of smoke and steam and damage the laser equipment.
