With the rapid development of the equipment manufacturing industry, China's CNC laser cutting equipment has entered a rapid growth period, with an annual growth rate of more than 30%. With the rapid development of our national economy, many traditional industries need to be transformed, many sheet metal processing areas need to be developed, and many industrial cities need to establish laser processing centers.
Currently, the development trend and characteristics of laser cutting technology are as follows: first, it advances to high-speed and high-precision laser cutting machine; second, it is a large laser cutting equipment with higher power and large size; third, it is a three-dimensional multi-axis flexible multi-functional laser cutting machine. In order to meet the needs of three-dimensional workpiece cutting in automobile, aviation, and other industries, various kinds of 5-axis or 6-axis three-dimensional laser cutting machines have been developed, with high processing speed and precision, and the processing error within 6.2m is only within 0.1mm. At present, the three-dimensional laser cutting machine is developing in the direction of high efficiency, high precision, multi-function, and high adaptability, and its application range will be larger and larger.
With the further promotion of "made in China 2025" development strategy, laser intelligent manufacturing has been paid more and more attention. With the development of technology, the requirements of laser cutting are higher and higher, faster speed, higher precision, and lower maintenance cost. At the same time, laser cutting also tends to be more high-power, more automatic processing development. At the same time, laser cutting faces many problems, such as nonstandard products, too much homogeneous competition, and no obvious difference in the application market.
